A field blend of 8 to 10 varieties which can be found in the vineyards of monoxilitis, in Agion Oros which belongs to the monastery of Dionysios. This vineyard is over 800 years old. Old Greek varieties are combined with Sauvignon Blanc and chardonnay which have been planted the last few years.
