Delivery Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Gotham Wines & Liquors that you are at least 21.

Shipping options:

1. Manhattan - from Battery Park to Inwood (Monday through Saturday) FREE DELIVERY with $75.00 (product value) Minimum order required. A $7.50 service charge will be added to any orders below the minimum required. Orders placed before 12pm will generally be delivered the following business day.
2. BROOKLYN – FREE DELIVERY with $189.00 (product value) minimum order. Orders must be received by noon of the previous Monday. For orders under $189.00 regular shipping rates will apply.
3. RIVERDALE – FREE DELIVERY with $189.00 (product value) minimum order. Orders must be received by noon of the previous Tuesday. For orders under $189.00 regular shipping rates will apply
4. All other locations will be shipped via FedEx Ground Service. Regular shipping rates will apply. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and approximately 2-5 business days in transit

All delivery orders must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.
